Lower Back TattoosTattooed man reported on loosePolice are on the lookout for a felon considered to be armed and dangerous. The search for Jesse Lee James, 33, of Cogan Station, began after he allegedly burglarized a Colvin Road, Old Lycoming Township home at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday. A friend of James gave him a ride to the city, and left him out of an unidentified vehicle in the area of Hepburn and High streets, township police Chief William Solomon said. James may be anywhere in the extended area, and anyone who knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact the county communications center by dialing 911. James is described as a white male, 5-foot, 8-inches, 190 pounds, with a shaved head, blue eyes, brown beard and mustache. He has multiple tattoos on his arms, chest and back, and a teardrop tattoo on the lower corner of his right eye.
Thanksgiving break may create tension between students, parentsLower Back Tattoos: Thanksgiving generally is seen as a time of joy and family togetherness, but differences between parents and students may cause tension around the holidays. Ken Gassiot, assistant director of the Texas Tech Office of Parent Relations, said the problems can stem from different expectations. "When the students are home longer than a day or two, parents can encounter some frustration," Gassiot said. "They want to interact and hang out with the students, but the students may want to be on their own or hang out with high school friends. "The problem occurs more with college freshmen, Gassiot said, because older students already have experienced the first trip home. "If they haven’t seen the students all semester, the parents may want to talk about school, how things are going, who the students’ friends are," Gassiot said.
